Welcome to my Friendship Network. I set up this project for lots of reasons including how much fun it is to get to know your readers, as well as the importance of encouraging lifelong relationships online – because we cannot discount the importance of online relationships in the 21st century. This is the digital age, and many of us spend more time online than we do in the real world. It makes perfect sense for us to want to get to know each other better, and even use our online interactions as a way to develop and sustain our existing relationships.
I am also aware that not everyone has friends, not everyone knows how to maintain friendships, and we all need support at some time in our lives; having friends make coping with issues that much easier – and it’s nice to reach out and support people. So many times an issue has happened and I only wished I had more support online – well, when you connect your friends online; it’s easier to get the help and support you need from like-minded people who care about or are moved by the issues you are concerned about. That’s what Friendship means to me. I hope you decide to join today. It’s free – otherwise it wouldn’t be a Friendship Network.
If you’d like to be a part of this project, please reach out to me by saying a simple hello and a short message in the comment box, about who you are and/or where you are from. If you have a blog and you’d like to invite people to your page – be sure to mention it in your comment! 🙂
